Terms for purchasing and using List My Tool

Overview

These Terms govern purchases of List My Tool, a done-for-you launch copy and directory submission service for AI tools and small SaaS products.

Service Scope

Each package includes the deliverables shown on the pricing section at the time of purchase. Fulfillment starts after payment is confirmed and the customer submits the required intake information.

We provide:

  • Launch copy preparation.
  • Manual directory or launch-site submissions.
  • A tracking sheet with submission status and notes.
  • Proof notes, confirmation screenshots, or live listing URLs where available.

No Approval Or Traffic Guarantee

We guarantee the agreed submission work, not third-party outcomes. Directory owners control approval, publication timing, ranking, and listing edits. We do not guarantee traffic, backlinks, search rankings, signups, revenue, press coverage, or inclusion in any AI model or index.

Paid Directories

Packages prioritize free or low-friction directories. Paid directory fees are not included. If a paid directory appears relevant, we will ask for approval before proceeding, and the customer is responsible for that directory fee.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate product information, assets, claims, and contact details. Customers must not provide confidential passwords, private API keys, or third-party data that they do not have permission to share.

Turnaround

Published delivery windows begin after payment and complete intake submission. Delays may occur if required product details, owner confirmations, or account permissions are missing.

Refunds

Because this is a manual fulfillment service, refunds are handled case by case. If work has already started, completed research, copy preparation, and submission work may be deducted from any refund.

Acceptable Use

We may decline products that appear misleading, illegal, harmful, spam-oriented, or incompatible with directory policies.
